Detox your body through your feet

There is an ancient Chinese medicine that can help you detox your body through your feet. This is because the Chinese system of reflexology tells that our feet have natural energy zones that are linked to the big and important organ system in our body. This means that you can detoxify your whole body through your feet and remove inner toxins.
Did You Know That You Can Detox Your Body Through Your Feet?
This treatment is very simple yet effective.

Foot Detox Pads

Detox pads can be found in any health store, and you just need to put them on your feet before you go to sleep. Remove them when you wake up and if they became dark during the night, then that means you are toxin-free.

Ionic Foot Bath

You can also use ionic foot bath to detoxify your body from toxins. This bath is based on electrolysis, which is a method that uses electrical current to make a chemical reaction. You should use warm water to open your pores and salt is used as an anti-inflammatory astringent. Ions are absorbed through the feet and your body is getting a detox. If the salt water becomes dark, that means you are eliminating toxins from your body. There are several forms of this bath:

Salt Detox Bath Recipe

You will need:
1 cup of Epsom salt
1 cup of sea salt
2 cups of baking soda
Essential oils (optional)
Directions:
Use boiling water and put all the ingredients in, leave them to dissolve. After that add warm water in the tub and also add apple cider vinegar. Add essential oils and salt in the mixture. Soak for half an hour. Keep in mind that you might experience exhaustion and weakness after the bath, but it will soothe the skin irritation and detox your body, and increase the magnesium levels.

Clay Detox Bath Recipe:

You will need:
1/2 cup bentonite clay
1/2 cup Epsom salt
Essential oils (optional)
Directions:
Dissolve the Epsom salt in a hot bath, and after that add essential oils. Mix the clay with a small amount of water, and when mixing don’t use metal. In the end, add clay to the prepared bath and soak for about 20 minutes. This bath will detoxify your body and increase magnesium levels.

Oxygen Detox Bath Recipe:

You will need:
2 cups of hydrogen peroxide
1 tablespoon dried ginger powder
Directions:
Fill your tub with hot water and add dried ginger and hydrogen peroxide. Soak the whole body in for half an hour. It will soothe your body and help you will all kinds of irritations and allergies.

Attitude Audit: Is Your attitude limiting your sucess

Image result for women attitude for success
“We can complain because rose bushes have thorns, or rejoice because thorn bushes have roses.”
Abe Lincoln was right. Attitude is everything.
A bad attitude is like wearing a blindfold around your face on a cruise through the French Riviera. It’s like tying your ankles together the day of the big race, after training for six months. It’s like buying expensive cookware, leaving it in the box, and just using some aluminum foil on the burner instead.
You’ll still get results. You’ll hear the waves crashing and smell the salty air. You’ll feel the energy as the crowd cheers when the gun goes off and you’ll get the bib and the t-shirt. You’ll be able to tell your friends what nice cookware you just bought and you’ll still have hot food on the table.
But did you really get what you truly wanted? Are you getting the full experience? Did you accomplish everything you set out to do? Are you utilizing all your resources to their highest potential?
Absolutely not.
What does a bad attitude give us? Why do we often allow ourselves to have one?
Protection from the truth.
“No, you don’t understand, I had a blindfold on!” (who put it on?)
“Yea, I didn’t complete the race, but my legs were tied!” (who tied them?)
“Sorry the food burned, but all I had was aluminum foil.” (who left the cookware in the boxes?)
From coaching hundreds of men and women the past few years as a holistic health counselor, I would like to suggest that a bad attitude can sap us of our joy, our energy, our progress, and our ability to transform our health quicker than almost any trigger out there.
Attitude is something that no matter what has happened to us in our past, what’s happening in the present, or what we think may happen in our future, we have control over. No one controls our attitude but us.
Kevin talks all the time about mindset and psychology and our general attitude is a big part of that. If you want to get and keep a body and life you love, here’s 7 checks you should run to audit your attitude.

Audit #1: Are you taking 100% responsibility for your attitude?

As a kid I’d be sitting in the back of my mom’s van and I’d hit my little brother for something he would say or when he was purposely annoying me. “I couldn’t help it Mom!” I’d scream.
Sorry, young Ali: TOTAL B.S.
Tired of getting grounded, I distinctly remember the moment I decided to raise my level of maturity and told myself, “You know what, I am going to just smile and be kind to my brother no matter what he does, even if it kills me.”
Guess what? The fun of trying to get a rise out of me went away and he stopped bothering me almost immediately. It was one of the very first times I felt the power and results of taking responsibility for my attitude.
In health, you control whether you look at going to bed early as a good or bad thing. You control whether you believe you can learn how to cook and prepare your meals. You control how you react from a bad day at work and whether or not you’ll still complete the workout you have on your calendar.
No amount of listing out positive affirmations, journaling, or reviewing goals can even come close to the power of simply deciding to change your attitude. And yes, in many cases it’s just a decision. It’s not always an easy decision, but it’s a decision nonetheless.

Audit #2: Are you giving generously?

We live in a culture where catchphrases like  “survival of the fittest,” “every man for himself,” “dog eat dog,” and “this town ain’t big enough for the both of us” permeate our psyche. While there are benefits that come with statements like this, taking any one of these to the extreme is a recipe for isolation, depression, fear, and a lack of support all around you.
By giving generously, you are inviting the law of reciprocity into your life. The law of reciprocity simply explains that that when someone gives you something you feel an obligation to give back and vice versa.
The more you use the law, the more opportunities you’ll have to receive favors, random acts of kindness, and encouragement back from those that you gave it to. Nothing feels quite as good as receiving unexpected deposits in your health bank account throughout your day!
Giving is one of the quickest ways to get out of your own head and feel good. Receiving unexpected help along the way can make a huge difference in results and happiness. Cultivate an attitude of giving.

Audit #3: Are you approaching things with a happy outlook?

Happy simply means, “feeling or showing pleasure or contentment.” How often do you choose not to celebrate the dozens of little wins you have throughout the day? How often do you approach a day or a goal or a situation with a lack of contentment? This isn’t about pretending to be happy and pretending like life isn’t hard, it’s about choosing to give more attention to the good than the bad.
Study after study shows that while we all may have a certain “set-point” of happiness, by choosing to do things like smiling more often, incorporating mindfulness into life’s little moments throughout the day, practicing compassion, listening to positive music, and celebrating the good things that happen, we can drastically alter our life experience for the better.
I must tell you, without a doubt, my clients and the Rebooters here that strive to live each day with a happy outlook get infinitely better long term results when creating the body and life they love. Think about it. Choose it.

Audit #4: Are you focusing on finding solutions or just complaining about problems?

Life is full of problems. Decide that you want to work towards having a body and life you love and those problems often seem to multiply (at first, anyway). When this happens, we have two choices: focus on the problem or focus on the solution.
An attitude of “I am finding a solution” versus “look at how big my problem is” will yield vastly different results. We see this time and time again in different areas of our life…
In relationships, people who focus on problems achieve divorce while people who focus on solutions often find healthy conflict resolution.
In business, people who focus on problems stay small. People who focus on solutions get raises, promotions, and corner offices.
It’s not always about resources. People always see a lack of resources as a problem. I’d much rather have resourcefulness so that I can win regardless of my circumstances. That’s an attitude. That’s a mindset.

Audit #5: Are you cultivating and fostering a sense of humor?

I have a pretty good sense of humor. I have always been the guy that if something that might normally set someone off happens to me, I usually can just laugh. I’m not sure if this was God-given or trained at a young age, but it has served me well.

To best illustrate this point, I want to share a quick story. I was in Boston for one of my good friend’s weddings. He was getting married at the Harvard Chapel. It was quite a “ritzy” affair.
I had missed the Men’s Warehouse tuxedo pick up from oversleeping that morning and missed my final fitting. My friend stuck my tux in our hotel room and we went canoeing in the Charles River that afternoon. We cut it way too close and had five guys who had to shower, shave, get changed, and make the 15 minute walk down to the Chapel by 5:30pm.
At 5:10pm, I pulled out my tuxedo. As I got ready to pull my pants up, I noticed a problem. They felt…off. Come to find out, these were size 48, a ways off from the size 34 they were supposed to be.
My friends all fell over crying and choking laughing. And then things got real. I had to make a decision. “What do I do? I look like a complete fool. Should I call and complain? What’s that going to do, the wedding starts in less than 20 minutes?!”
After a few seconds of deliberation, I made my choice. I could have been super upset and frustrated, but instead, I went with it. I started dancing in the pants and we ran down the street almost tripping laughing and made it into the wedding.
I was scared that people might judge me negatively, like I had done it on purpose, but I ended up being THE HIT of the wedding wearing these oversized clowns pants! The dance floor? I owned it. My friends and the bride and groom STILL love laughing about it almost 6 years later and it was a great lesson in the power of attitude.
There are countless areas of life where you might be a bit too serious. Try injecting more of a sense of humor, levity, and fun into those areas and see what happens.

Audit #6: Are you offering thanks before and after meals?

One of the practices I was most grateful to learn in my health coaching education was mindful eating. Not only did mindful eating remind me of the fact that I was putting the building blocks of my new cells in my body each bite I took, but it also put me in touch with just how fortunate I am to have food at all!
According to the United Nations, 21,000 people die every single day from hunger, mostly children. Not to be a Debbie Downer, but that realization had quite the positive effect on me. I realized that since I COULD eat healthy in this country, I probably should. I now try to actively cultivate an attitude of gratitude around my food and it helps in many areas!

Audit #7: Are you embracing change?

There are a group of researchers who promote a philosophy called “Do Something Different.” They’ve found that by asking people to embrace change in small areas of their life as a practice (such as taking different routes to work), those same people are able to embrace large changes with much less anxiety.
Trying to create a healthy lifestyle while resisting change is impossible. The goals you have for yourself require changes in behavior and mindset. The goals, themselves, are change. An aversion to change can end up sabotaging someone’s entire journey when things start to get real. In the beginning, an aversion to change creates a paralyzing resistance that makes it hard for people to simply put one foot in front of the other.
The only constant in life is change. Resistance to that means resistance to life itself. That’s not a recipe for success.

Use the comments section to tell us which of these areas resonated with you most. Which attitude adjustment will you be putting your most energy towards first?

How Much Weight Can You Lose With Zumba in 1 Month?

Zumba gives you a calorie-burning cardiovascular workout in the atmosphere of a dance party. Latin dance moves are the basis for this fusion dance style, but movements from belly dance, hip-hop and raggaeton also feature in Zumba. The emphasis on having fun can help you stick with this workout even if you usually dislike exercise. Because Zumba dancing burns calories so quickly, it can help you lose a significant amount of weight in one month.

Burn Calories Fast

Zumba is a type of fast dancing. One hour of fast dancing burns 446 calories if you weigh 155 pounds and 532 calories if you weigh 185 pounds. You need to burn 3,500 calories to lose 1 pound, so with three one-hour Zumba sessions a week, you should lose at least 1 pound in a little over two weeks or almost 2 pounds a month. If you dance Zumba for one hour a day and eat 500 calories a day less than you need to maintain your weight, you should lose 2 pounds weekly or 8 pounds a month. This is a fast, but healthy rate of weight loss. Losing weight any faster means you're losing muscle instead of fat.

Workout Schedule

You may need 60 to 90 minutes of physical activity daily to lose weight, according to the American College of Sports Medicine. While attending daily classes may not practical, you can work out at home by following along with Zumba videos or DVDs. If you don't have a full hour to spare, you can break your workout into sessions of at least 10 minutes throughout the day and get the same benefits you would from a longer workout.

Benefits of Zumba

Interval training, which is cardiovascular exercise that alternates between periods of high- and moderate-intensity activity, helps you burn more calories than moderate-intensity activity alone. Zumba involves both fast and slow dancing, so it works like interval training. Zumba works your whole body, helping tone every muscle group, particularly your back and abdominals. The dance moves may also improve your posture, balance and flexibility. If you feel inhibited exercising with others, Zumba's party-like amosphere may help you loosen up and gain confidence.

Zumba Tips

Because you'll be on your feet for the whole workout, proper footwear like cross trainers or aerobic dance shoes is a must, advises Melanie Kendall in an article for "Syracuse University's NCC News" of March 23, 2011. Wearing loose-fitting, breathable clothing lets you move easily and helps you stay cool. You'll work up a sweat during your Zumba session, so drink plenty of water before and after to stay hydrated. If you have knee or lower back problems, ask an instructor about modified moves that can help you avoid stressing your weak areas.

11 Basic Rights of Wives in Islam According to Quran and Hadith

The Holy Prophet (PBUH) once said, “Such a woman when her husband sees her; she should please him and when her husband orders her, she should obey him and she should not adopt a manner about her chastity and property which should displace her husband” . The Hadith proves the importance of a husband in the wives’ world, but Islam also tells us the importance and rights of the wives in the husbands’ lives.
Here are some of the rights taken from a reliable Islamic studies book:
1. A HUSBAND SHOULD HELP HIS WIFE IN DOMESTIC AFFAIRS

SOURCE: PINTEREST
2. A HUSBAND SHOULD SELFLESSLY DEVOTE HIMSELF TOWARDS HIS WIFE, GIVING HER UNCONDITIONAL LOVE
SOURCE: PINTEREST
3. A WIFE HAS THE RIGHT TO TAKE KHULA (SEPARATION) FROM HER HUSBAND

4. A WOMAN CAN REMARRY AFTER HER DIVORCE, OR AT THE DEATH OF HER HUSBAND
SOURCE: GOOGLE
5. A HUSBAND SHOULD NOT LACK IN PRAISING THE QUALITIES OF HIS WIFE, IN FRONT OF HER, AND IN FRONT OF OTHERS
SOURCE: GOOGLE
6. EVERY HUSBAND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING HIS WIFE WITH FOOD, CLOTHING AND SHELTER
SOURCE: GOOGLE
7. A WIFE CAN SPEND HER OWN EARNED MONEY WITHOUT TAKING PERMISSION FROM THE HUSBAND OR EVEN TELLING HIM

SOURCE:GOOGLE
8. WOMEN DO NOT HAVE TO CHANGE THEIR NAME AFTER MARRIAGE
SOURCE: GOOGLE
9. A WIFE SHOULD BE SUPPLIED WITH PROPER ARTICLES FOR HER ADORNMENT AND EMBELLISHMENT

SOURCE: GOOGLE
10. A HUSBAND HAS NO RIGHT TO STOP HIS WIFE FROM VISITING HER PARENTS’ HOUSE OR CLOSE FAMILY, OR TO KEEP HER AT HOME FOR NO DUE REASON
SOURCE: GOOGLE
11. EVEN THOUGH MEN SPEND MOST OF THEIR TIME OUTSIDE THE HOUSE, THEY ARE CORDIALLY OBLIGED TO HELP RAISE THE CHILDREN WITH THE WIFE
SOURCE: GOOGLE
Thus proven, Islam gives women enough rights as a religion, it is then up to us, as men, to further their rights and help them attain the level of equality they deserve – because it is they who bear much trouble to make our lives happier and more comfortable.

Best Ways to Make Money From home

Most of us love the idea of earning extra income or quitting our full-time jobs altogether and working from home. If you thought work-from-home companies were just running scams, it turns out there are plenty of authentic and reliable ways to make money by working from home. Christine Durst, cofounder of RatRaceRebellion.com and consultant to the FBI on internet scam issues tells us, "There is currently a 61-to-1 scam ratio among work-at-home job leads on the internet—that is, for every legitimate job, there are 61 scams." But, there are a lot of opportunities for a "real job." The secret is knowing how to separate the scams from what's legit.

Most of the jobs in this article require an up-to-date computer, a high-speed Internet connection, a phone with a dedicated land line and a quiet place to work.

Telemarketer
To do this job, you need a pleasant voice and personality, and really thick skin—you're bound to encounter some hostility. Still, it's a good way to earn income. Many large companies now outsource their cold-calling campaigns to third parties who hire home-based workers to place the calls. Telemarketers are typically paid by the hour, and they may earn incentives and commission based on performance.
Companies hiring home-based workers include Telereach.com and Intrep.com. Apply on their websites. Keep in mind that a legitimate company will typically not require you to pay a fee to get information or leads, and will explain how to apply, exactly what is required and what to expect.

Survey Taking
If you've ruled out survey taking as a legitimate way to earn money from home, listen to Bonnie Alcala. She and her daughter Andrea Spain, an elementary-school substitute teacher, take surveys online for fun and a little profit. They are careful to avoid any scams by refusing to pay an upfront fee or other charge. Bonnie and Andrea pocket around $100 a month for spending two hours a week taking surveys, which gives each of them extra pin money. In addition, they collect all kinds of gift cards and other prizes.
If you've got a little spare time and want to save up a stash of cash for holiday shopping or even a family vacation, here are Bonnie and Andrea's favorite survey sites:
Also, InboxDollars pays participants cash to fill out surveys, watch ads, play online games and redeem coupons, with one caveat: you must earn $30 before you can cash out (you earn $0.50 per survey).

Cyber Crafter
If you're a crafter in search of customers, the internet is your showcase, and not only at auction sites like eBay. DeWitt Young of ObviousFront.etsy.com Has had success turning her crafts into cash in cyberspace. She has a booth at Etsy.com's Craft Mall, an amazing place where more than 10,000 artisans and crafters offer their goods for sale.
DeWitt turns salvaged parts from old TVs and VCRs into artsy necklaces, earrings and figures. Colleen Jordan uses 3D printing to create her necklaces called wearable planters. Don't be discouraged, Shapeways 3D printing company can get you started with their simple apps so you can easily customize your own designs with a click of a mouse, anything from a wedding band in rose gold, a vase in ceramic or your own bobble head printed in full color. All for the purpose of generating sales.

Customer-service rep
Many companies, such as J. Crew, Express Jet, 1-800-flowers, and even the IRS, outsource customer-service operations to third-party companies who then hire home-based workers or "agents" to take calls and orders. When you call 1-800-flowers, you may be speaking with Rebecca Dooley, a retired police officer and employee of Alpine Access, a major call-center service. When you dialed the number, your call was automatically routed to Rebecca's spare bedroom in Colorado.
Alpine Access currently employs more than 7,500 work-at-home customer-service agents who take in-bound calls (there's no outbound or cold calling) for dozens of companies. "This works perfectly for me because I can set up my hours around my family's busy lifestyle," says Rebecca, who usually works 20 to 32 hours a week, depending on her schedule.
While the typical hourly rate is about $9, Alpine Access agents who work more than 20 hours a week are eligible for benefits plus a 401k program when they have worked for over 1,000 hours. (Some companies consider their staff independent contractors, so they don't provide benefits.) Other companies that hire virtual call agents:
Online juror
Companies will pay you to sit on mock juries to give attorneys and other jury consultants feedback on cases they are currently handling. Think of these as focus groups. The cases are real, but your verdict will do little more than give those involved a prediction of how things might go. You can earn fees ranging from $5 to $60. Be sure to read all the disclaimers and details. Go to:
Writer, Blogger, Editor, or Proofreader
Everyone says you're a fantastic writer, so isn't it about time you got paid? Good writing is still in demand says Durst, especially for online content. For the best sites try JournalismJobs.com, About.com seeks "Guides" in a broad area of topics, and MediaBistro.com. For blogging jobs, try problogger.net. If you have experience as a freelance copy editor, writer or proofreader, go to editfast.com. Rates vary between $15 and $25 an hour.

Online guide or expert
Do your friends look to you for advice on things you're passionate about, such as which car to buy, how to repair appliances or how to make a killer cheesecake? Whatever your area of expertise, if you are also a seasoned writer with an infectious enthusiasm for a particular topic, consider becoming an online expert guide. Guides are freelancers with an ability to communicate well and good grammar and spelling skills.
Most Popular
For example, About.com guides write articles or reviews in their area of expertise. They earn no less than $725 a month, but some make more than $100,000 a year depending on year-over-year, page-view growth. Go to beaguide.about.com, where you'll find which areas of expertise are still open. (There are many!)
Also try Chacha.com, a new search engine similar to Google and Yahoo, and click on "Become a Guide" for more information. At JustAnswer.com, users agree to pay for the answers to their questions. Guides are paid a percentage of the pre-negotiated price per answer and the number of accepted answers received. Go to Just Answer to find out how.

Virtual assistant
Many small-business owners and mid- to executive-level professionals need personal assistants, but can't afford a permanent position on the payroll. The solution? Hire people from remote locations to do their administrative work.
Virtual assistants handle all kinds of administrative projects, including travel arrangements, event planning, correspondence and other support services that can be done remotely via e-mail and phone.

Lynne Norris, who works out of her home in Pennsylvania (NorrisBusinessSolutions.com), says that rates for VAs run about $25 to $75 or more an hour, based on the types of services you provide. The startup costs are about $500 to $1,000, assuming you have an up-to-date computer and printer. Lynne loves the flexibility. "My children are happy that I don't miss the important things in their lives." Check out the International Virtual Assistants Association, or virtualassistantjobs.com and teamdoubleclick.com for more

Online tutor or English as a second language instructor
If you have a college degree and the skills to tutor students online in math, science, English or social studies, this job may fit you perfectly. Go to Tutor.com—tutors who work for the company and have passed their probationary period earn $10 to $14 an hour. According to Durst, "Skype and other web interface tools are bringing English language instructors face-to-face with students from around the world." Try ispeakuspeak.com, openenglish.com to get started.

Accepting packages
If your normal 9-to-5 involves working from home, this is one of the easiest ways to earn some extra dough. Sign up with eNeighbr to accept and hold shipments for your neighbors when they aren't home, so they don't get stolen. Earning potential: $3.50 per package

Cooking
Sites like CookApp, Cookening, EatWith and MealSharing are to restaurants what Airbnb is to hotels. Sign up as a host to earn dough by cooking and serving a meal to guests in your home. It's up to you what you want to cook and how many people you can accommodate. Cooks are paid directly through the site, so no cash ever changes hands. Earning potential: $50-$100 per meal

Entering data
Sign up with sites like Clickworker and the Smart Crowd to complete virtual jobs like data research, data entry, translation and testing. Earning potential: $5-$6 per hour

Mystery shopping
You'll have to leave your house for this one, but hospitality consulting firms like Coyle rely on secret shoppers to evaluate their clients' services. Sign up to be an evaluator and you could get paid to receive spa treatments, dine at restaurants or stay at a hotel. There are lots of opportunities in other fields, too, ranging from entertainment (hello, amusement parks!) to automobiles. However, watch out for scams; check the MSPA for a list of legitimate mystery shopping companies. Earning potential: About $10 per hour

Petsitting
DogVacay and Rover match dog sitters with people who need someone to watch their fur babies while they're out of town. Sitters set their own rates and hours, and can choose to watch the pups in their own home or at the owner's place. Earning potential: $1,000 per month.
